Areas we care for

Skin & Beauty

Healthy skin begins from within. We support clients seeking clearer, brighter, healthier skin by addressing both the external appearance and the internal factors influencing skin function.

Our Care Approach

We believe healthy-looking skin starts with balance. Our approach focuses on creating balance in the body while supporting the skin’s natural renewal process. Rather than focusing only on surface-level concerns, we consider circulation, stress, lifestyle, skin sensitivity, and overall skin condition.

Care is tailored to your individual needs, with the goal of supporting healthier-looking skin, improved balance, and a naturally refreshed appearance over time.

What is the Acupia Beauty System?

The Acupia Beauty System is not a single treatment — it’s a way of looking at what actually creates beautiful, healthy-looking skin. Before recommending any treatment, we start by looking closely at the elements that create beauty: skin elasticity, facial contour, skin regeneration, circulation, muscle balance, and scalp health. Rather than treating the face in isolation, we look at how these elements work together.

Why does your skin "look fine" but still feel unsatisfying?

Many clients tell us the same thing: “I keep using good skincare products.” “I’ve had lifting treatments before.” “I’ve been consistent with my routine.” “But the results never seem to last.” The problem may not be isolated to just one area. Beauty is maintained when skin, muscle, circulation, and regeneration all move together, so treating only the surface — or only one part — rarely creates lasting change. What we want isn’t simply a younger-looking face; it’s skin and tissue that are genuinely functioning well. Ongoing dissatisfaction is often less about aging itself, and more a sign that the balance between regeneration and circulation has been disrupted.

What are the four elements of skin beauty?

We believe beauty begins in a “prepared environment,” created when four elements are in balance.

  • Elasticity — the underlying strength that supports the skin
  • Contour — the balance of facial lines and volume
  • Circulation — the delivery of nutrients and the removal of waste
  • Regeneration — collagen production and skin recovery

When these four elements work in harmony, the result is a naturally healthy, balanced appearance — not an artificially “done” look.

How does the Acupia Beauty Protocol work?

Care follows three stages, each building on the one before it.

  • Step 01 — Reset: restoring the condition of the skin and underlying tissue
  • Step 02 — Balance: improving circulation and muscular balance
  • Step 03 — Regenerate: rebuilding the skin’s elasticity and regenerative environment

Healthy, lasting change rarely comes from a single treatment — it comes from a balanced system, which is why your care is sequenced rather than applied all at once.

What treatments are used, and for which concerns?

Because every client’s balance of elasticity, regeneration, circulation, and contour is different, treatment is selected based on your individual evaluation and may include:

  • Elasticity & contour — Cosmetic acupuncture and Maxwave lifting, often considered for marionette lines, nasolabial folds, and sagging cheeks
  • Regeneration — MTS and Exosome Regenerative Skincare, often considered for enlarged pores, acne scarring, and dull, uneven tone
  • Body balance — MAGSCULPT, often considered for stubborn areas along the waist, lower abdomen, and upper arms
  • Scalp & hair — MTS scalp care, often considered for thinning hair and volume loss at the crown

Who is a good fit for the Acupia Beauty System?

This approach is often a good fit for people who notice the same changes returning, no matter what they try:

  • Facial lines that seem to blur or soften
  • Skin that looks dull or tired, even with a full skincare routine
  • Elasticity that doesn’t feel like it used to
  • Swelling or puffiness that comes on easily
  • Treatment results that fade faster than expected
  • Hair that feels thinner, or a scalp that feels less full

If these changes keep repeating, it may be a sign to look at the underlying balance, not just the surface.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Most people are pleasantly surprised to find that acupuncture is not painful. The needles we use are extremely thin, much finer than those used for injections. You may feel a tiny pinch or a gentle tingling sensation when the needle is inserted, but many patients describe the experience as relaxing. Some even fall asleep during the session!

Cupping is a traditional therapy that uses gentle suction to improve circulation, release tension, and support the body’s natural healing process. Small cups are placed on specific areas of the body, creating a vacuum that helps draw out stagnation and ease sore muscles. Many patients find cupping deeply relaxing, and it often leaves temporary circular marks that fade within a few days.

The frequency of treatment depends on the severity and duration of your condition. For acute pain or chronic issues, we usually recommend starting with two sessions per week to achieve noticeable relief.

As your symptoms improve, visits are gradually reduced, first to once a week, then every two weeks, and eventually to once a month for maintenance and prevention. This step-by-step approach allows your body to heal while supporting long-term balance and wellness.
